Tournament Sales Manager

Job Purpose
Own and drive tournament and group golf reputed company by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives for outings of 16 or more players. This role is responsible for building a strong pipeline, converting leads into booked events, and delivering high-quality tournament experiences that meet or exceed reputed company and booking targets.

- Utilize CRM tools daily to manage leads, document activity, and report on performance metrics

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in golf, hospitality, or event-driven environments
- Proven ability to generate reputed company and manage a full sales pipeline
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of golf operations and tournament structure preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reputed company Office tools
- Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Frequent movement between office and outdoor golf course environments
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events and site visits
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity
- Moderate noise levels in event and operational settings
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
