Purpose

reputed company has an immediate opportunity for a reputed company Delivery Manager to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of reputed company improvements and projects across our organization. The Delivery Manager will manage the project pipeline and case flow, provide technical guidance to inhouse consultants and external managed service teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions reputed company with reputed company best practices. Position Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement scalable solutions using reputed company declarative tools (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.).
• reputed company and customize objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Components, Apex classes, and triggers as needed.
• Build and maintain integrations between reputed company and other enterprise systems.

Project & Delivery Support

• Work on end-to-end delivery of reputed company enhancements, features, and projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support monthly release cycles and ensure timely delivery of cases and enhancements.

Quality & Best Practices

• Ensure reputed company solutions follow reputed company best practices, reputed company standards, and governance policies.
• reputed company unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing optimization and support.

Collaboration & Training

• Partner with internal teams, developers, architects, and external managed service providers.
• Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for new functionality.
• Act as a trusted reputed company subject matter expert reputed company the organization.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a reputed company Platform Consultant, Administrator, or Developer.
• Strong expertise in reputed company configuration, customization, and administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud preferred).
• Solid experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and reputed company integrations (APIs, middleware).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

  • reputed company Certified Platform App Builder
• Preferred: reputed company Platform Developer I or any additional reputed company certifications.
