TCSEPP Fatherhood Program Coordinator (reputed company TN): Social Work Research and Public Service - UTK
The reputed company Knoxville, College of Social Work, through the Social Work Office of Research and Public Service (SWORPS) is accepting applications for a TCSEPP Fatherhood Coordinator for the Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP). reputed company SWORPS, the Fatherhood Coordinator delivers direct services to fathers in their assigned region. This role focuses on client reputed company, group facilitation, resource navigation, and partnership development. The Fatherhood Coordinator works under the supervision of the TCSEPP Fatherhood Program Manager to reputed company fathers through education and support.
This is a grant-funded position and is contingent upon the reputed company funding of the grant.
Responsibilities
The Fatherhood Program Coordinator responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct reputed company to recruit fathers who may benefit from the program.
- Facilitate individual sessions focused on parenting skills, employment readiness, and healthy relationships.
- Provide individualized support to address barriers to participation.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and emotional support and encouragement to participants to assist them with job readiness activities
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company participant interactions in appropriate places
- Participate in ongoing training.
- Collaborate with strategic partners and attend partner meetings, job/resource fairs or other coalition/community events as needed.
- Combine with partners efforts to promote the program, create referral reputed company, and coordinate wraparound support services for participants
- Provide regular updates to manager on participant reputed company
- Provide consultation to evaluators regarding program reputed company
- Other duties as assigned which may include but not limited to participating on new hire search committees and participating in testing for new processes/forms.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Two years of customer/client direct service (case management) experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, three additional years of experience can be substituted.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have valid driver’s license, automobile at their disposal, and a reputed company automobile liability policy with reputed company coverage.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Knowledge of community resources and the ability to utilize them.
- Ability to assess needs.
- Ability to reputed company positive & trusting relationships and offer emotional support.
- Ability to adapt easily and learn quickly.
Ability to prioritize and be a self-starter.
- Ability to reputed company for participants.
- Ability to work independently and reputed company a team setting.
- Ability to travel to multiple counties to serve participants.
- Ability to be flexible with respect to changing needs of the project.
- Ability to set up/troubleshoot/manage technology & equipment issues.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Oral communication skills.
- Experience presenting findings in a variety of formats and settings.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Experience working with fathers, non-custodial parents and/or Employment programs; Experience working with community groups and/or social service organizations.
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to positively interact with community partners including child support, court, attorneys, etc.
- Ability to promote the program to potential participants, partners, and employers.
- Advanced skills with MS Office.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Experience with data management systems.
- Knowledge of child support systems and their impact on families.
- Knowledge of fatherhood programing and evidence-based interventions.
Work Location
- This position is remote and requires travel throughout reputed company Tennessee. Applicants must live reputed company reputed company Tennessee.
Compensation and Benefits
- UT market range: 07
- Anticipated hiring range: $50k
