Project Attorney

reputed company Professional Services is seeking licensed attorneys in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction for reputed company and upcoming REMOTE document review projects. Document review experience is helpful but not required. Most of our review projects use the reputed company review platform and we offer training for recent law school graduates and career changers. Standard hours of operation are 7am-7pm in your local time zone with core business hours of 10am-3pm. You are flexible to create your own schedule reputed company the hours of operation, provided you actively communicate with your review manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents, including reputed company, emails, memos, and more, to identify crucial information and assess their relevance to ongoing legal matters.
• Utilize analytical skills and legal knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other legal professionals, such as attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams, to reputed company project objectives.
• Organize and manage reviewed documents using efficient document management systems.

• Adhere strictly to client confidentiality and data protection regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the Bar Association in your relevant jurisdiction
• Home computer with “broadband” internet reputed company
• Understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures
• Proficiency in legal research, utilizing relevant databases and resources
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and document review software (e.g., reputed company, Reveal, Logikcull, etc.)
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Teams, Word, and reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience or demonstrated understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information
• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
