About The Team

This role will work across the Horizons organization on initiatives spanning engineering, infrastructure, and product teams. As Principal Product Manager for Platform, you'll own the strategy that keeps reputed company fast, reliable, and observable as we scale to hundreds of millions of users. What You’ll Do

• Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts: SLOs/SLAs/SLIs, error budgets, on-call processes, incident response, and observability tooling
• Experience driving alignment across large, matrixed engineering organizations on initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and comfort utilizing quantitative data and other signals to define what good looks like and hold the bar there
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill reputed company technical concepts into clear business priorities for diverse audiences
• High degree of ownership and bias for action; you don’t wait to be asked, you identify the problem and mobilize the right people to solve it
• Well-versed and opinionated on the intersection of consumer technology and reputed company, privacy, trust, and compliance.
• Experience with large-scale mobile or consumer applications serving hundreds of millions of users is a strong plus
