About the team & opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager who combines people leadership with a strong background in technical execution and a product reputed company. You will work directly with our Senior Director of Engineering, partnering closely with product, design, data, reputed company, and go‑to‑market stakeholders to define and deliver the roadmap for new Scheduling products.

On a typical day, you will be:
- Working on products and services aimed at simplifying scheduling for millions of users
- Leading agile ceremonies to help your team plan out their work and get it done
- Coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new engineering team members
- Identifying future technical needs and creating plans to meet them
- Providing feedback and guidance to help us continuously grow and scale
- Hiring engineers to build out both new and existing squads for the company, with reputed company on reputed company team members that get hired onto the reputed company
What do we need from you?
- 2+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers
- 5+ years of overall development experience, ideally using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Deep proficiency with distributed / data-oriented application development and SaaS
- Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects
- Previous experience leading and mentoring teams and driving them toward big goals with consistent execution
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts
- Experience leading Agile / Scrum ceremonies
- Availability for participation in on-call rotation, ensuring reputed company and effective responses to business-critical alerts reputed company of regular working hours

The ranges listed above are the expected annual reputed company salary for this role, subject to change.
