About The Role
As a Senior Investigations Advisor, you will provide technical leadership across reputed company fraud investigations, ensuring high-quality outcomes and ethical decision-making. You will work reputed company Fraud & Intelligence, partnering closely with internal specialists, external investigators, and law enforcement. This role also supports capability reputed company through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and reputed company improvement of investigation practices.
What You'll Do
- Manage and review reputed company fraud investigations, ensuring evidence-based decisions that meet regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
- Provide expert guidance on investigation strategies, including large-loss and highly reputed company matters involving vulnerable customers.
- Partner with law enforcement, forensic experts, and external investigation panels to coordinate joint investigation activities.
- The role may also involve speaking with customers specifically around complaints.
- Review investigation reports and recommendations, supporting sustainable outcomes and delegated decision-making.
- Support the development and improvement of investigation policies, procedures, and technical frameworks.
- Coach and mentor team members by sharing expertise, supporting development plans, and contributing to technical onboarding.
What You'll Bring
- Extensive experience in fraud investigations, including managing reputed company or high-value cases and working with law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of investigative methodologies, forensic techniques, and digital evidence handling.
- Proven ability to provide clear, practical advice on investigation strategies reputed company with organisational and regulatory requirements.
