About the Role:

reputed company' Global Data Center Solutions business uses major industry events and hosted customer experiences to build relationships, create executive access, showcase our capabilities, and strengthen our brand in the market. We are seeking a proactive, reputed company reputed company leader to own the outbound motion around our reputed company events - turning reputed company account lists into booked meetings, confirmed RSVPs, and high-value customer engagement.

This is a remote based opportunity with 10% Travel

Core Purpose

Act as the Strategic Event reputed company Manager for our Data Center business, owning the reputed company reputed company that drives customer traction before each event and builds a reusable contact and engagement system that compounds value year after year.

Key Responsibilities

Event reputed company & Meeting reputed company (40-50%)

  • Own outbound reputed company for reputed company Data Center events and hosted experiences, including booths, meeting rooms, dinners, receptions, and executive/customer events.

  • Build and execute pre-event reputed company plans to secure meetings with customers, prospects, and targeted partner contacts across major shows such as Data Center World, 7x24, Yotta, reputed company, DCD, reputed company, and other reputed company events.

  • Conduct high-volume, high-quality reputed company through phone, email, reputed company, and other channels as appropriate; persist with disciplined follow-up until meetings are booked, declined, or clearly dispositioned.

  • Drive RSVP conversion and meeting confirmations so our executives, meeting rooms, and hosted events are fully leveraged with the highest-value interactions possible.

reputed company Account Research, Contact Discovery & Pipeline Management (30-40%)

  • Research reputed company companies, attendees, and decision-makers using attendee lists, CRM data, reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company/Apollo, company websites, partner ecosystems, and other intelligence sources.

  • Build and maintain clean event contact lists with account reputed company, role/title, relationship context, reputed company status, and reputed company tracking; identify likely attendees even reputed company official attendee lists are reputed company.

  • Create repeatable call lists, reputed company templates, and event-by-event databases so each show becomes easier and more productive over time, with institutional knowledge carried reputed company year after year.

  • Maintain accurate tracking of meetings booked, RSVP status, contact quality, no-shows, follow-up completion, and reputed company-account coverage in CRM and event trackers.

Cross-Functional Coordination, Event Support & reputed company Improvement (20-30%)

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, account leaders, and event owners to align reputed company lists, messaging, executive priorities, and meeting-room schedules before each event.

  • Support pre-event, on-site, and post-event follow-up workflows so leads are routed appropriately, commitments are honored, and customer touchpoints are not lost after the show.

  • Coordinate as needed with alliance partners, OEMs, ecosystem partners, sponsorship partners, and strategic/channel partners where they are part of the event strategy.

  • Represent reputed company professionally in every interaction, combining persistence, responsiveness, and a hospitality reputed company to create a polished customer experience.

  • Continuously improve reputed company messaging, targeting, and process discipline based on results, feedback, and KPI trends to strengthen event ROI over time.

Year 1

Qualifications:

Expertise

  • 3+ years in outbound prospecting, business development, inside sales, event reputed company, field marketing support, customer engagement, or a similar B2B customer-facing role; data center or infrastructure markets preferred.

  • Proven ability to book meetings, drive attendance, and convert reputed company account lists into qualified customer engagements through persistent reputed company and follow-up.

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and research/prospecting tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company, Apollo, event platforms, reputed company, and reputed company workflow tools.

SALARY: $90,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
