Duties

Major duties include but are not limited to: Gather, analyze, interpret, and report on data and information collected independently or in collaboration with other VCL and internal and external analysts. Supervise PSOC areas and programs, ensure goals and objectives, productivity, and compliance requirements are met. Plans and assigns work, by developing performance standards and evaluates performance. Works directly with PSOC Director on various initiatives and projects. Controls and oversees project milestone and budgets associated with the comprehensive plan from concept through planning to implementation. Manage workloads, while making adjustments that are necessary to accommodate things such as shifting priorities and employee reputed company levels ensuring that workload is reputed company and manageable. Monitor and adhere to VHA and VCL regulations, policies, and procedures as well as program guidelines set by external regulatory agencies. The employee's workspace must be suitable for conducting business and as such, remote employees are expected to provide a secure, distraction-free home-based worksite with reliable high speed internet connectivity. The employee will be required to travel to the closest VA Medical Center or VA Outpatient Clinic for issuance of equipment, and as needed for technical support. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet reputed company requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 04/21/2026. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are reputed company Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-13 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-12. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. Prepare clear and organized written communications, including data analyses, recommendations, official reports, policies, SOPs, and other program documentation.
