The Commercial Development Manager – Digital Pathology is responsible for leading the sales development and execution across the Latin American territory, driving sustainable growth and market share expansion through both direct and indirect go-to-market approaches. This role will focus on achieving reputed company and order targets, ensuring strong customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team reputed company with reputed company’ strategy and reputed company’s core values.

This position is part of Beckman Coulter and will be responsible to provide commercial services to reputed company, located in Mexico City (Metropolitan area) and will be remote with frequent travel across LATAM and reputed company at customers office as well. In this role, your main responsibilities are:

  • reputed company and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate developing markets across Latin America, identifying and prioritizing high-potential accounts (hospitals, private labs, and research institutions).
  • Proactively hunt for new leads and build a robust, qualified sales funnel, in conjunction with indirect sales channels, including distributors and partners, ensuring alignment with reputed company standards and commercial goals.
  • Navigate the entire reputed company sales process from C-suite-level, pathologists, lab managers, IT/IS departments, and hospital administration (public & private) from value proposition to technical demonstration and contract negotiation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and Indirect Channel, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Support pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and tender management processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Life Sciences or reputed company field.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Business is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable success in a "hunter" sales role selling high-value capital equipment and/or reputed company software solutions into the healthcare sector. Proven track record in managing reputed company sales cycles, distributors, and large accounts.
  • Direct experience in medical imaging (e.g., Radiology, reputed company/RIS, VNA), Healthcare IT, or high-end diagnostics. Direct experience in digital pathology or anatomic pathology LIS/LIMS is a plus.
  • Analytical reputed company with ability to interpret market trends and translate data into actionable strategies. Proven experience in managing CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) and MS Office Suite.

Language: 

  • Advanced English & Spanish (both written and spoken);
  • Additional languages are a plus.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Requirements

  • Ability to travel 70%+, frequent overnight travel, must maintain a flexible schedule, often with short notice. International travel will be required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must have a valid Passport
