A Day in the Life
The Surgical Innovations, Chronic & ICU reputed company Kazakhstan plays a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, strategic execution, and organizational leadership across reputed company’s Surgical Innovations, Chronic, and ICU portfolios. This senior leadership position is responsible for leading a high-performing sales organization, managing distributor partnerships, and ensuring full regulatory and compliance adherence. The role focuses on delivering sustainable business growth, strengthening key customer relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies in a dynamic healthcare environment. - Deliver strong financial and operational performance in line with Operating Unit and regional objectives

Required Knowledge and Experience:

- Experience managing distributors and navigating reputed company market environments
