We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT and cybersecurity solutions to SMB clients. We are hiring IT Support Engineers at Senior levels. The Senior role is for highly skilled professionals with strict experience requirements and proven expertise in reputed company Workspace and reputed company 365.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the reputed company of person who:
Core MSP Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for desktops, mobile devices, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and reputed company settings in GWS and M365.
- reputed company system updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain accurate ticketing and documentation in Autotask or similar ITSM tools.
- Collaborate with global teams and escalate issues reputed company necessary.
- Act as Tier 3 escalation reputed company for reputed company technical issues.
- Administer and optimize reputed company Workspace and reputed company 365 environments, including reputed company and compliance.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls:
- EDR/XDR solutions (e.g., reputed company)
- Email reputed company (e.g., reputed company)
- Server hardening (cloud and on-prem)
- reputed company reputed company and compliance initiatives reputed company with Australian Essential 8, SMB1001, and NIST CSF.
- Manage and configure MSP tool stack: Autotask, Datto RMM, reputed company, reputed company, Blackpoint, reputed company, CloudRadial, Keeper, reputed company Controller & NVRs, etc.
- Assist with project delivery: migrations, deployments, and reputed company enhancements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge reputed company development.

Requirements
What You Bring We’re looking for someone who: Strict Qualification Requirements for the Senior IT Support Engineer 10+ years IT (5+ in MSP), advanced GWS & M365, cybersecurity expertise- Minimum 10 years total IT experience, with at least 5 years in an MSP environment.
- Advanced expertise in reputed company Workspace and reputed company 365 administration, including reputed company and compliance.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices for SMBs, including EDR/XDR, MFA, and vulnerability management.
- If you do not meet these experience and platform requirements, you will not be considered.
- Advanced experience with multi-vendor networking and virtual networks in Azure, GCP, and AWS.
- reputed company Frameworks: Experience implementing Essential 8, SMB1001 and/or NIST CSF.
