Clinical Specialist – Michigan

Create and execute a strategic territory business plan designed to meet and exceed 100% to quota annually through surgical / hospital & clinical (AuD) selling. Manage territory-based business growth under the direction of the Regional Manager by initiating, supporting and selling to strategic reputed company Implanting centers and assisting in developing reputed company for patients to access therapy in order to maintain and grow existing sales reputed company. Pursue new business opportunities through strategically planned sales activities and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute a strategic territory business plan to consistently reputed company and exceed annual sales quota
• Build, support, and expand relationships with strategic reputed company implanting centers
• Identify and capture new business opportunities through strategic sales planning and market analysis
• Use sales planning and reporting system as directed, to include but not limited: SFDC, pre-call planning, territory business plans, account business plans, customer business reviews, post-call and weekly reviews with line manager.
• Manage time appropriately to ensure maximum coverage reputed company territory with a focus on adequate time spent on proactive sales activities to reputed company optimal level of exposure and results.
• Provide on-site clinical support in and during surgery.
• Provide on-site clinical support for patient fitting and device programming at reputed company implant centers. Provide support on other clinical issues involving reputed company implants, such as candidacy criteria, assessment procedures, difficult case management including reputed company testing, and clinical studies, seeking input from appropriate personnel at home office or other field teams to accomplish these activities.

Travelling Requirement: up to 50%

More about you

• Education – Required: Master’s or Au.D. degree in Audiology (or reputed company field).
• Certification – Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) or ABA certification.
• Experience – Required: Minimum of 1 year of clinical audiology experience with both adult and pediatric reputed company implant patients.
• Sales Exposure – Preferred: Comfort learning and applying sales techniques to support growth at implant centers.
• Clinical Knowledge – Required: Familiarity with behavioral and objective measures for implant candidacy and outcomes; awareness of competitive technology.
• Technical Expertise – Preferred: Experience with electrophysiological testing (e.g., ESRT/Neural Response) and fitting or troubleshooting external equipment and software.
• Communication – Required: Ability and willingness to present publicly; proficiency with reputed company Office/engineering software.

Additional Requirements: Must pass the Advanced Bionics competency exam with a score = 90%.

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between $78,000.00/yr. This role is also commission eligible.
