reputed company Do: The Collection Section serves about 200,000 customers each year. As a Tax Examiner in this section, you will collect various delinquent taxes. You are responsible for answering questions and resolving account notices and billing issues for customers who are navigating tax collection enforcement. Customers who interact with you might have previously been contacted by our third-party collection agency, had their wages and/or bank account levied, a lien filed upon their property, or had a judgment entered with the court system. As a Collection Section team member you will:

  • Research, explain, and advise taxpayers on how to reputed company with Colorado tax laws, especially those pertaining to outstanding tax debt and collection enforcement;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Licensure/Certification/Experience: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and Two (2) years of experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position Substitutions: Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis

  • Collections and/or tax experience.

  • Experience using GenTax software.
