About the Role & Team
Our rapidly growing Global Marketing Operations team is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to support strategic growth initiatives, product launches, and ongoing data quality management. This role partners closely with Marketing and Sales to reputed company, enrich, and optimize reputed company audience data, while also monitoring and improving overall data quality across systems. The position plays a critical role in ensuring data is accurate, complete, and campaign-ready, directly enabling effective segmentation, personalization, and demand reputed company across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do
- Execute audience sourcing initiatives for new customer acquisition campaigns, leveraging third-party data providers reputed company with the ideal customer profile (ICP).

- Conduct data quality assessments by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies, and resolving them accordingly.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Data Science / Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), Statistics / Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (major in Marketing, Management, or Operations)
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company data management, reporting, and dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., formulas, lookups, pivot tables, dashboards).
- 1–3 years of experience in data-focused roles such as Data Quality Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Marketing Operations, Data Management roles or similar.
- Strong attention to detail with a highly analytical reputed company.
- Proven ability to work in a quality- and deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Willingness to align with U.K. working hours. (2:00 pm – 11:00 pm Philippine time)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with macros and VBA in reputed company.
- Familiarity with third-party data platforms (e.g., reputed company, D&B, Hoovers).
- Experience with data import and normalization tools (e.g., PeopleImport, DemandTools).
- Experience creating process documentation and managing projects.
