These initiatives will support the rapid growth of Forge through the successful delivery of new products and product enhancements. This role will work closely with many cross-functional delivery teams and other supporting functions to coordinate work efforts through a lean/agile process.The Program Manager will be responsible owning the planning, reporting, and rollout of a portfolio of reputed company projects while engaging with the team on day-to-day agile ceremonies aswell as quarterly planning.The effective candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects in a fast-paced company. Additionally, the candidate will have a firm understanding of lean and agile project management principles and techniques.Location: This position is remote in Denver, CO. We intend to open an office in Denver and once we do, we will require hybrid attendance onsite at least 9 days each month.Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, reputed company teams through quarterly planning.

- Collaborate closely with a wide range of teams and functions across Forge.
- 5+ years of work experience in technical project or program environments
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Agile Program Management
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize needs, and build strong working relationships
- Track record of holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables
- Skilled in project planning, forecasting, and reputed company tracking
- Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive
- Fintech, financial services, or regulated industry experience
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Report and dashboard building
