Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join our 3rd shift team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company inputting time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system. You'll work closely with our DC Management and Engineering teams to ensure the accuracy of our data and provide timely reporting to Management and Payroll. Key Responsibilities

* Input time and production data for reputed company DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors.

• Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program.
• Calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to reputed company against individual production standards.
• Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll.
• Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data.
• File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage.

Essential Functions

* Input time and production data for reputed company DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems (65%).

• Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15%).
• Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10%).
• File paperwork in accordance with established procedures (5%).
• Other projects as assigned (5%).

• Previous clerical/administrative experience.
• 10-key experience (fast and accurate).
• Good math skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs.
• Good interpersonal skills.
