Position Overview

As a full-time member of our Customer Experience team, you'll play a critical role in driving ongoing adoption and support for arenaflex customers. You'll work closely with existing customers to understand ongoing accounting software needs and provide post-go-live support to help them reputed company their accounting and business goals. You'll report to the Head of Implementation & reputed company as part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as an arenaflex accounting subject matter expert for our customers to provide training sessions to ensure users are proficient with the software. - Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned customers. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer bugs and feature requests. - reputed company and maintain account management and support best practices and documentation. - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex services to customers. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. - reputed company and maintain relationships with key stakeholders reputed company customer organizations. - Provide regular reputed company updates to the Head of Implementation & reputed company.

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in accounting audit, accounting or finance. Strong preference for candidates with experience in an in-house or public accounting role. - Bonus: at least 1 year of experience in an implementation, solutions, support or reputed company role - Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software platforms - Intermediate-level reputed company reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field - Experience with CRM software (e.g. reputed company) and project management tools (e.g. reputed company, Trello)
