Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our EMEA-based customers reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating reputed company problems to senior team members or technical experts
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolutions and follow-up actions
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's business objectives to provide informed support and recommendations to customers
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Completed education or degree with a technical, commercial, or comparable focus
- Relevant work experience: First practical experience in B2B sales, ideally in an international context
- Excellent communication skills: Secure and written German (at least reputed company) and English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
