Job Summary
As a reputed company Manager (Enterprise), you'll be responsible for actively managing and developing a portfolio of trades companies, ensuring they're maximizing the value of our software and driving reputed company growth for arenaflex. You'll work closely with our exceptional account managers to deliver a premium and high-caliber experience to our customers, while also identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company and manage a portfolio of ~35 Enterprise customer accounts, providing high-touch support and coaching to ensure they're getting the most out of our software
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customer accounts, delivering executive-level confidence and expertise in reputed company interactions
- Collaborate with customers to solve reputed company problems and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
- Analyze user engagement data and identify actionable insights to inform product development and reputed company strategies
- Organize customers into appropriate segments for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Mentor and support new hires and members of the non-Enterprise Success team
Qualifications
* 4+ years of combined experience in account and/or project management in a customer-facing role
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a demonstrated reputed company to reputed company, motivate, and work well with others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to travel up to 15% reputed company

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is between $85,700 USD - $114,600 USD, depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the reputed company salary, the total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
