The Role
As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for owning ongoing consultative relationships with our most important clients. You'll play a key role in driving value for these clients through our platform, providing strategic direction, creating reports and presentations, and demonstrating thought leadership. You'll also establish relationships at reputed company seniority levels throughout the organization, provide product and strategic insights, and reputed company and execute comprehensive training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction to clients on how to best drive value with our platform
- Create reports and presentations showcasing KPI improvements and the value our customers are realizing with our platform
- Demonstrate thought leadership and collaborate across numerous internal teams
- Establish relationships at reputed company seniority levels throughout the organization
- Provide product and strategic insights based on your experience with clients
- reputed company and execute comprehensive training initiatives
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in reputed company, Consulting, Account Management, or similar
- Familiarity with managing reputed company Enterprise clients
- Formal or informal project management expertise
- Experience in reputed company SaaS products/platforms
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
- Bonus: Experience working in or selling to Contact Centers/Financial Institutions
