Job Description
As a Customer Happiness Manager, you'll be responsible for offering support to authors, creative publishing professionals, and optimizing conversion. Your role will involve:
- Offering support to arenaflex users through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
- Reviewing projects submitted on the platform to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Building customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce arenaflex's features to them
- Maintaining and updating our FAQ based on user feedback and questions
- Suggesting product features based on user feedback
- Contributing to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86%
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience automating support processes using tools like Intercom, Crisp, or reputed company
- A great understanding of on-boarding and conversion reputed company optimization (CRO) techniques
- Entrepreneurial reputed company and a willingness to take ownership of your work
- Strong writing skills, with perfect grammar and spelling
- Native-level English speaker
- Availability to work every other weekend

Salary Range
$25k – $45k per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
