Job Description

As an reputed company Customer Service Insurance Assistant – Commercial Insurance Support, you will play a critical role in delivering reputed company service to our independent agents and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering and retrieving information of varying complexity using computer systems and applications to update records, obtain information for others, and respond independently to most questions and problems.
• Using intermediate skills and business knowledge to answer questions reputed company to billing and insurance forms/documents, correspondence, and processes other insurance transactions to provide customer service and support.
• Performing other reputed company support duties as requested, such as answering phones, processing mail, and assisting customers.
