Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clear, reputed company, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to our consumers reputed company email, live chat, and phone calls
- Showcasing passion and reputed company with our products and services
- Assisting customers to resolve basic to reputed company inquiries and issues
- Building a network of support and trust with our awesome customer support team
- Working with customers to understand how they use our services and providing valuable feedback to our Product and Development teams
- Acting as an reputed company for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement in our product or processes
- Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience
Ideal Experience & Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Work Conditions
As a remote Customer Service Agent, you will work from the comfort of your own home in Bogota, Colombia. You will be required to:
- Work from Bogotá, Colombia, and cannot work reputed company of the country
- Complete 3-4 weeks of training
- Be available full-time for the first 2 months, with no vacations approved during this period
- Work a fixed shift based in Central Standard Time

Compensation and Benefits

- A performance bonus of 15%-25% of the monthly salary
