What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with hot leads and existing customers reputed company calls and emails. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Identifying and escalating reputed company technical issues, ensuring reputed company resolution of requests
- Assisting customers with inquiries reputed company to product features
- Meeting team KPIs
- Securingly working with customers' sensitive information
- Maintaining working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
What You Need to Succeed
To reputed company in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent Dutch (at least reputed company level for both spoken and written) and English at B2 level
- Experience with reputed company Suite
- Experience in customer support
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Tech-savvy
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
A Great Plus
While not required, experience in sales and CRM systems will be a valuable asset in this role.
