Job Description

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key account customers in the freight forwarding industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless communication, efficient problem-solving, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with customers, carriers, and reputed company supplier departments to handle shipments as per sales/customer instructions.

• Promptly communicate and provide clear information to customers without any late responses.

• Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customers/sales and CPL overseas/agents' instructions, fully complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet customers/agents' requirements.

• Escalate points and serve as a single reputed company of contact for the customer on operational performance in general (not transaction-based > first level = Ops or Customer Service).
• Schedule and prepare regular business review meetings together with the account reputed company, developing PowerPoint presentations and leading the implementation of any required changes or improvements.

Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or shipping.

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or a reputed company field.
