Your Responsibilities
As a key member of our reputed company team, your responsibilities will include:
* Guiding new customers through onboarding and delivering tailored training to maximize product value
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, conducting regular reputed company-ins to gather feedback and share updates

* The ability to work in a hybrid format, spending two days each week on-site at our St. Gallen, Switzerland office
* Strong onboarding and product adoption skills, with a natural ability to drive engagement and satisfaction

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
