Job Summary
As an reputed company Station Supervisor - Customer Service and Operations Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service agents, baggage handlers, and ground operation agents, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our operations run reputed company and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with customer service, baggage handling, and departure dependability standards
- Analyze and evaluate work methods, operational procedures, and equipment to identify areas for improvement and reputed company recommendations for change
- Ensure compliance with manuals, including revisions, and maintain fuel information logs

Essential Qualifications
* Combination of education and experience will be considered
- Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year experience in CSA/GOA/Supervisor role
- Valid/unexpired driver's license
