Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a unique and satisfying experience. Your primary function will be to obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences. You'll also be responsible for other office support functions as needed. As the face of our company, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, and your professionalism, knowledge, and problem-solving skills will reputed company a significant impact on their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a unique and satisfying experience

• Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences
• Utilize a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices to offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
• Answer and reputed company calls in a professional manner, reputed company on call quality (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to reputed company follow-up calls)
• Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs

Required Skills and Experience:

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred

• High School diploma
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient with office equipment
• Attention to detail

• Typing speed 45WPM
• Professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with vehicle auctions or the automotive industry
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience with chat and email customer support

Compensation and Perks:

* Hourly pay reputed company: $16.04 - $22.00 (varies by location)

• For locations in California, Colorado, reputed company, and Washington, pay reputed company ranges from $18.00 - $24.00 hourly
