What you'll be doing:
As a Technical reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as the go-to person for technical questions from customers and prospects, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success with our Platform Orchestrator.
- Troubleshooting and resolving reputed company technical issues hands-on, leveraging your expertise in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Identifying patterns in customer challenges and improving processes, including documentation, tools, and workflows, to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Feeding customer insights and recurring needs back into the Product team to shape our roadmap and ensure that our Platform Orchestrator continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to reputed company sure customers get the most out of our Platform Orchestrator, and to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Sharing your infrastructure know-how and advocating for best practices around Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern cloud-native tooling to help our customers reputed company their goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Great communication skills and genuine enjoyment in working with customers, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional support.
- A solid technical foundation in software or infrastructure, including Terraform, Kubernetes, and IaC, with the ability to jump into technical detail and provide expert guidance.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requests without losing track of the details.
- A proactive, self-driven reputed company, with a willingness to own problems and see them through to resolution.
- Experience in Platform Engineering, IDPs, or the broader cloud-native ecosystem is a plus, as is previous customer-facing technical experience.
