Your Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise

- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
