Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Workforce Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Monitoring and analyzing service levels, call volumes, and customer inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Forecasting call volume and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer reputed company
• Collaborating with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and provide exceptional service to our customers
• Collecting and analyzing data reputed company to call volumes and service levels to create accurate forecasts and schedules

Essential Qualifications
