We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our billing customer service team. Essential Functions:

### Communication Management

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for call escalations, from patients reputed company phone, email, and other internal communication platforms, providing friendly and efficient service to patients, insurance companies, and their representatives.
• reputed company messages from requesters to appropriate team members or departments utilizing multiple software applications. Reviewing requester concerns for escalation.
• Assist with coordinating incoming and outgoing billing requests, ensuring timely sorting, facilitating responses, and follow-reputed company.

• Minimum 70 accounts worked per day

### Team Collaboration and Support

### Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, medical billing, or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in multiple software applications, including reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
