Responsibilities

As a Chinese Customer Chat Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Chinese-speaking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inquiries and providing chat support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Using active listening and a consultative approach to understand customer issues and needs, and recommending appropriate solutions or assistance.
• Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and providing timely and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrating fluency in both written and spoken Chinese, with excellent grammar and communication skills.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer chat support processes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Ability to work within the Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) time zone and meet deadlines.
• Quick thinking and ability to learn quickly.
