Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries about our service offerings. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve member concerns, process requests, and ensure seamless communication. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring reputed company relevant information is correct and up-to-date.

  • Input accurate trip data into our systems, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

  • 0-2 years of reputed company experience in a contact center or customer service environment
  • 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to type 35wpm or more
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as required, with a high volume of calls up to 100+ per day

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance-reputed company industry

  • Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, with experience in data entry and system documentation
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
