Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in representing our clients through reputed company-facing customer service and sales campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Representing client brands through customer-facing customer service and sales campaigns, engaging with prospective customers, and driving sales through personalized interactions and product demonstrations.
• Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service.
