Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent for arenaflex's Remedy On-Call product, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming client calls, taking messages, and verifying reputed company information in the message is correct
• Scheduling patient appointments as requested
• Dispatching calls to the appropriate medical practice following proper protocol
• Representing our customers professionally and providing courteous service during incoming calls
• Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client issues in the most efficient way possible

* 80% of work is performed reputed company real-time/live conversations with clients reputed company telephone and chat

Requirements:
