As a Digital Customer Support Publishing Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to live customer inquiries in a web-based chat platform, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
- Troubleshooting login problems, billing issues, or promo code concerns, and escalating reputed company issues to Tier 2 agents for resolution
- Following prewritten workflows and response templates for consistency, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
