Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to international airlines and their passengers at Houston International Airport (IAH). You will work in a fast-paced environment, rotating through various areas of the airport, including reputed company-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe and secure travel experience for our clients, while also providing a positive and memorable experience for passengers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to international airlines and their passengers
- Rotate through various areas of the airport, including reputed company-in counters, lobby areas, departure gates, customs, and arrivals
- Experience the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport

Essential Qualifications

- High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
