Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide support and an effortless experience to our policyholders. You will work with customers regarding:

• Insurance questions
• Policy changes
• Billing needs

Key Responsibilities

• Promote digital self-service capabilities to our policyholders

Qualifications

• A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a reputed company field

• Ability to work in a fast-paced reputed company environment while navigating multiple programs
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
• Adaptability
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Spanish bilingual a plus

Requirements

• High-speed broadband internet service is required (not DSL, wireless, Wi-Fi, Hotspots, Fiber without a modem, and Satellite)

• Internet provider supplied modem/router/gateway must be hardwired to the arenaflex issued computer with an ethernet cable
• Minimum upload/download speeds of 10Mbps/100Mbps will be required

Compensation and Benefits

The listed annualized reputed company pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to:

• Performance
• Proficiency
• Demonstration of competencies required for the role
