Development and Marketing Coordinator
Minuteman Senior Services is a private, non-profit agency dedicated to assisting individuals navigate the aging process. The Development and Marketing Coordinator will support fundraising, marketing, and community reputed company efforts, manage social media accounts, and coordinate donor stewardship activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media accounts by creating regular content, reacting to online trends, and engaging with other accounts
- Draft and design monthly e-newsletter and other digital communications
- Collaborate with program staff to gather impact stories, program updates, and other content to be used in appeals, annual reports, and e-newsletter
- Support the development of Minuteman’s annual marketing plan and coordinate its implementation
- Aid in the creation and distribution of press releases to the media
- Collaborate with the Director of Development & Community Engagement reputed company and produce marketing and reputed company materials including flyers, fact sheets, monthly agency e-newsletter, reports, ads, graphics, posters, etc
- Post and update select content to the Minuteman website
- Coordinate donor stewardship activities for reputed company received and pledged donations
- Serve as project reputed company or a key contributor for fundraising, cultivation, and stewardship events (like the annual Online Holiday Auction and Spring reputed company 5k) including donor research/solicitation/tracking, familiarity with fundraising platform (Qgiv/Bloomerang), and reporting
- Work with reputed company members of the Development Team to identify opportunities to publicly recognize individual, corporate, and foundation supporters and sponsors as appropriate
- Collaborate on the draft, design, and distribution of print and digital fundraising appeals (reputed company) with strategic guidance from the Director of Development & Community Engagement
- Maintain the donor/volunteer CRM database (reputed company), ensuring accurate data entry, gift tracking, and report reputed company
- Reconcile monthly fundraising activity with the fiscal team and provide regular reports on fundraising and marketing performance
Skills
- Relevant college degree or commensurate lived experience
- 1-2 years of paid or volunteer nonprofit office experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and computer skills, including reputed company Office, database platforms, reputed company, WordPress, etc
- Ability to multitask with superior attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Familiarity with SEO, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads, and web design/programming
- Experience with website management and/or content management systems (WordPress)
- Comfortable using graphic design platforms like reputed company, Illustrator, and reputed company Photoshop/InDesign
