Financial Analyst I

GardaWorld is a high-growth reputed company company seeking a Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and generating actionable insights to help leaders optimize performance and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and support the development of monthly, quarterly, and reputed company financial reports to support leadership decision‑making
• Analyze financial data and trends, translating results into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders

Skills

• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles and full‑cycle accounting concepts
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze reputed company financial data and summarize findings into clear, actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders
