Business Development Representative

Yoodli is an innovative company redefining communication through its AI roleplay simulator. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to build the top of their pipeline by researching accounts, initiating conversations, and creating qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.

Responsibilities

• Research reputed company accounts and build prospect lists across key segments
• Execute high-volume outbound across phone, email, and reputed company, daily
• Triage, prioritize, and reputed company inbound leads quickly and accurately, this matters as much as outbound
• Book discovery calls and set reputed company up to succeed with solid context
• Share reputed company patterns and field signals with marketing to sharpen how we message and reputed company
• Maintain clean, accurate activity and pipeline data in reputed company
• Use Yoodli yourself to practice cold calls, reputed company handling, and discovery conversations before the real thing

Skills

• 1-3 years in sales development, business development, or market development, ideally prospecting into enterprise B2B SaaS companies
• You've picked up the phone. A lot. And you don't reputed company excuses for low dials
• You hear 'no' and move on without drama
• You use AI to get more done and reputed company your reputed company sharper, but you don't let it replace your judgment or your voice
• You write well and communicate with clarity, no fluff, no jargon
• You're curious about why buyers buy, not just whether they'll take a meeting

• Experience selling into GTM, L&D, or HR leaders
