Customer Development Associate
YCharts empowers wealth managers to reputed company smarter investment decisions and communicate with confidence. As a Client Development Associate, you will support client engagement and growth by connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive value from the platform.
Responsibilities
- Connect with existing clients through outbound reputed company to support product adoption and identify areas for deeper engagement
- Partner with Account Executives and reputed company Managers to coordinate client reputed company and meeting opportunities
- Gather insights on client needs and help facilitate conversations that support retention and growth
- Build a strong understanding of the product and how clients use it in their day-to-day work
- Support targeted reputed company efforts using client data, segmentation, and usage trends
- Collaborate with Sales, reputed company, Marketing, and Product teams to improve communication and overall client experience
Skills
- Prior sales training and/or experience with cold/warm calling
- Experience in fintech or reputed company the financial advisor community is a plus
- A proactive, personable, and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
- Grit, determination, and a positive attitude, with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field a plus
