Associate - Middle Office Operations with AI Experience - Launch Program

reputed company is a leading financial services and healthcare technology company headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut. They are seeking an Associate for their Middle Office Operations Launch Program, designed to transition recent graduates into professional roles while providing exposure to various aspects of the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a liaison between clients and prime brokers/counterparties
• Provide middle and back-office support across a variety of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX
• Assist in researching and resolving cash, position, and market value reconciliation exceptions
• Partner with internal teams such as Fund Accounting, OTC Operations, Investor Services, and IT
• Support reputed company processing reputed company to management fees, incentive fees, subscriptions/redemptions, and collateral movements
• Run cash reports and help confirm payments with counterparties
• reputed company AI and automation tools (e.g., digital workers, process automation platforms) to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance accuracy
• Participate in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using AI-driven solutions and support ongoing innovation initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or reputed company field
• 0–2 years of experience (recent graduate May 2025 to May 2026. Internship or entry-level exposure in financial services, operations, or reputed company field preferred)
• Basic understanding of financial products such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives (coursework or internship experience acceptable)
• Interest in financial markets and operations
• Interest in AI, automation, or emerging technologies and how they can be applied to business processes
• Familiarity with reputed company; exposure to data analysis tools or automation platforms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
