Responsibilities
- Prioritize and respond to inbound client calls and emails, follow up on open client returns, and reputed company sales team informed of account activity
- Prepare and manage sales quotes with technical product information
- Manage pricing and vendors on special pricing
- Assist in special projects for clients, such as setting up new accounts and providing reputed company status updates
