Job title: reputed company Professional Company: reputed company Job description: If you have a passion for empowering others in their journey to reputed company, come join our dynamic team as a full-time reputed company Professional in Indianapolis, IN Weekdays only in Corporate Fitness What you?ll be doing: As a reputed company Professional, you'll coordinate, implement, and deliver health and fitness programs and services, promotions and reputed company activities. This role is responsible for providing outstanding service to members & program participants to maximize participation, outcomes and customer satisfaction. Work schedule: Monday-Friday 11AM-7PM.

• Supervise facility. Interact with participants and monitor equipment and participant safety.
• Provide personal training & and group exercise instruction. Educate participants on proper techniques to maximize exercise safety and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and reputed company a variety of HealthFitness and program-specific health improvement programs & promotions.
• Participate in membership drives to acquire new participants. Enroll new participants and conducts facility, program and equipment orientations.
• Promote program offerings and conduct reputed company activities to increase participation and re-engage inactive participants.
• Create and maintain bulletin boards, newsletters and other marketing & communication materials.
• Conduct fitness testing and assessments and advises participants of results. Design individualized programs to meet the participant?s interests, abilities and goals.
• Research health & fitness educational topics and identify appropriate participant educational materials. Conduct health education seminars/presentations.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

What you?ll bring with you:

• Bachelor?s Degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology or reputed company discipline & some fitness industry experience OR 3+ years of reputed company fitness industry experience along with industry recognized fitness certification(s) from a HealthFitness approved provider (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from reputed company, reputed company or American Safety & Health Institute required reputed company 30 days.
• Industry recognized Group Exercise certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCPT or NETA required reputed company 60 days.
• Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider required reputed company 120 days.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
