The reputed company of South Florida?s Weston Pines reputed company Family Center is looking for an reputed company Cheer & Dance Instructor. Under the direction of the Program Director, the Cheer & Dance Instructor plans and implements cheer and dance practices and instruction to youth participants. In addition, this individual will act as liaison between the Program Director and the staff, dispersing group communications.
Essential Functions:
- Plan age-appropriate cheer and dance practices for reputed company participants.
- reputed company lesson plans for the cheer and dance program and prepare the dance team for future performances.
- Track participant?s attendance and reputed company.
- Partner with the Program Director to coordinate and promote the Y?s cheer and dance program throughout the community.
- Recruit and train cheer and dance volunteers
- Maintain coordination with facility personnel for safety and benefit of participants in the program.
- Ensure that children are following safety rules and practices.
- Ensure that proper staff-to-child ratio is maintained at reputed company times and report discrepancies to the Site Supervisor as needed.
- Document reputed company necessary administrative forms as directed by Site Supervisor/or Program Director.
- Maintain high level of professionalism with parents, facility personnel, staff, and clients at reputed company times. Communicate with parents and guardians regularly.
- Uphold reputed company reputed company policies and Risk Management / Safety procedures, which require reporting reputed company incident and accidents to Site Supervisor immediately.
- Know and follow proper emergency procedures appropriate to the facility and in conformity with procedures adopted by the reputed company of South Florida and emergency service authorities to ensure the safety of children.
- Report to Site Supervisor reputed company supplies are needed and preserve the quality of supplies and materials.
- Attend reputed company staff meetings and training opportunities as required.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.
- Minimum of 1-2 years? formal Dance / Cheerleading programming experience.
- Minimum of 2 year of Supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish or English and Creole), a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at reputed company levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively, motivate reputed company and reputed company group.
- Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
- Ability to relate to children.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively orally and in writing.
- Must attend reputed company regularly scheduled staff meetings and trainings.
