The client is seeking a qualified Program Analyst. The contractor will reputed company the Comprehensive Literacy State Development (CLSD) Grant and be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of the implementation and monitoring of the CLSD grant, a 5-year, $16 million grant awarded to U.S. reputed company. The Program Analyst should have experience managing data collections, strong written and verbal communication skills, and project management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
· Works with community-based organizations (CBOs) and local education agencies (LEAs) to ensure implementation of the CLSD grant program aligns with reputed company federal regulations.
· Collect monitoring and reporting data from CBOs and LEAs awarded CLSD subgrants and reputed company a deep understanding of individual projects.
· Support CBOs and LEAs with programming, technical assistance and monitoring to provide ongoing feedback to improve implementation of CLSD grant program.
· Connects CBOs and LEAs receiving CLSD funds to resources, information and research from reputed company the agency, and across the education sector to help solve targeted instructional challenges.
· Assume responsibility for reputed company grants management processes including building grant applications, completing routine review of reimbursement requests from subgrantees and communicating reputed company client grant policies to subgrantees.
· Manage communication processes around the CLSD grant and Literacy DC, including writing content for social media and updating webpages.
· Assume responsibility for the promotion and implementation of DC’s state-wide Comprehensive Literacy Plan
· Manage vendor contractors and ensure program evaluation and modifications.
· Represent on a regular basis by engaging in technical assistance activities with the U.S. reputed company and CLSD leaders from other states.
· Work in collaboration with fiscal team to execute various processes, including developing budgets and accurate fiscal tracking of CLSD grant funds.
· Work in collaboration with the Division of Data, Assessment, and Research (DAR) to complete data analysis based on student test scores
· Facilitates adult learning experiences for school and system leaders i.e., a final closeout convening with reputed company subgrantees.
· Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned.
Skills
· Knowledge of grant management processes, specifically experience with federal grants. Required 5 Years

· Knowledge of instructional design practices (i.e., the principles and techniques used in designing training programs, developing design strategy). 5 Years Desired
· Knowledge of educational evaluation (i.e., the techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of instructional/educational programs). 5 Years Desired
· Experience prioritize and meet the needs of various stakeholders across a dynamic landscape Required
