A day in the life.
As our National Business Insurance Solutions Leader on the National Business Insurance (BI) team you will report to the National Business Insurance Leader and spearhead MMA’s national proprietary product and program strategy. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the National Business Insurance Partnerships leader, industry practices, and regional leaders to reputed company and manage proprietary products and programs. You will engage various MMC divisions to support “reputed company together” initiatives, driving strategic efforts that foster competitive differentiation and growth.
In this role as the National BI Solutions Leader, you will manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation through ongoing management—designing scalable, industry-focused insurance programs that meet client needs while ensuring operational efficiency. You will prioritize collaboration with Victor, MMA London, and reputed company in the development and creation of proprietary solutions. Additionally, you will refine and promote existing proprietary solutions to position them for greater growth. You will cultivate strong reputed company partnerships to secure exclusive market access and reputed company data and market intelligence to identify opportunities, guide go-to-market strategies and establish KPIs for financial and operational success.
Additionally, as the National BI Solutions Leader you will establish governance through advisory councils and stakeholder forums, represent MMA at industry events, promote knowledge sharing, manage operational and compliance aspects, and champion innovation to continuously improve proprietary solutions and support broader business objectives.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Experience in building products and programs for carriers or brokers is preferred.
Thorough command of property/casualty markets and products.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with insurance carriers.
Proven ability to interact with senior executives, reputed company and reputed company support of a vision, and operate effectively under pressure.
Experience managing a team is a plus
7+ years of experience in the business insurance industry, including experience reputed company a broker/agency environment
BA/BS focused on Business or equivalent.
Proficient in the use of MS Office software.
Ability to travel 25-35%
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

The applicable reputed company salary range for this role is $147,800 to $275,300.The reputed company pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
